After you place your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email you enter at checkout.
Attached to that order confirmation will be a questionnaire to fill out with all of the infomation needed to design your save the date.
This is where you will choose your paper color, ink and envelope color, and give all the details concerning your save the dates.
Once you submit that, you will receive proofs to the same email in 5-7 business days. Orders with custom artwork may take an additional 2-3 weeks.
You may submit feedback of what you would like changed. We offer 3 rounds of complementary proofs. After each round, please allow 2-4 business days for updated proofs. After the third round, a $50 fee will be charged for additional proofs.
Timeline:
Once you approve your proofs and sign a print release, your order will go into production immediately. NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE AFTER THIS.
Production Times:
Digital printing: 2-3 weeks
Letterpress and foil printing: 2-4 weeks
If your order includes envelope liners, or the assembly service, an additional 5-10 business days may be added on.
Once we receive your order and review it, we will ship it to the address you provide on the print release form. You will receive it in 1-4 business days once it is shipped.
