What customizations are included in the price?

You can customize your ink color, paper color and envelope color free of charge! When you place your order, you will select your print method and paper weight, however, those do affect the price. We also have a crest bar with many pre-designed crests to choose from for no extra charge as well.

Do you offer guest addressing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can find this under the embellishments tab and add this to your cart. Just make sure you order the same amount as the number of invitations you are ordering! We will supply you with a template for excel or google sheets to make it easy for you to get them in the right format.

Question 3

Will I receive a digital proof of my invitations or save the dates before you print?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Once you place your order, you will receive digital proofs in 5-7 business days. Orders with custom artwork may take an additional 2-3 weeks. We offer three rounds of complementary proofs to ensure everything is exactly how you want it. Upon approval of the proofs, you will be sent a print release to sign before we send your order to print prouction.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

The production time for digital printed items is 2-3 weeks and the production time for foil or letterpress is 3-4 weeks.

Will I receive a digital file of the monogram I order to use on other wedding items?

Yes! Just let us know what file type(s) you need!

How do I customize my suite?

Accepted Answer

After you place your order, you will be receive a confirmation email that will contain a link to a questionnaire to fill out. This is where you will add all of the info needed to design your suite including wording, information, ink color, envelope color, which crest option you want, etc.
